About EverQuest Capital Partners

EverQuest invests in enabling technologies and advanced manufacturing solutions. Its edge is a strategic partnership with CPI (the Centre for Process Innovation), giving the Fund a proprietary pipeline, independent technical validation and scale-up infrastructure a generalist EIS manager cannot replicate.

Key features of the EverQuest EIS Fund

  • Track record. 20+ exits generating over £1billion of aggregate value at prior firms, including one above £1billion and two above £300m. Nuformix delivered a 14.3x return.
  • Exit focus. Strategic acquisition pathways mapped before investment, with a five-year exit horizon targeted.
  • Strong risk management. 5 write-offs in 50 investments over 25 years – 3.9% of invested capital, all in pre-clinical biology, a category the Deep MakeTech mandate now excludes.
  • Deployment. 4-8 companies per subscription, targeted within 12 months. Advance Assurance obtained before investment; EIS3 typically 3–6 months.
  • Origination. 300+ proprietary, largely off-market opportunities a year through CPI.
